This static archive is designed to work without collecting personal information. It has no account system, submission form, advertising tracker, analytics service, or behavioral profile.
Information the site does not request
Visitors are not asked for names, email addresses, passwords, verification codes, payment information, identity documents, precise location, or demographic details. Historic login, registration, contest, and comment controls were removed because their original server no longer exists and presenting them would create confusion and risk.
The pages can be read with ordinary HTTP requests for HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SVG, and image files. The local script manages the mobile navigation, current footer year, and optional reveal effects. It does not transmit data, set cookies, access storage, fingerprint a device, or contact an external endpoint.
Routine server records
A hosting provider may create standard access and error logs containing an IP address, request time, requested URL, response status, referrer, and user-agent. Those records are controlled by the site owner and host rather than by page code. They should be retained only as long as needed for security, reliability, and lawful administration.
Administrators should restrict log access, avoid combining logs with advertising profiles, and document any retention period used in production. If analytics are added later, this policy must be updated before collection begins, and the implementation should favor aggregate, privacy-preserving measurement.
External destinations
The restored site favors internal links. A current external link may still have privacy practices that differ from this archive, and ownership can change over time. Readers should inspect the destination and domain before sharing information. Historical sponsor and ticket redirects are not reactivated.
Applications downloaded through an app marketplace, tickets purchased from another provider, or professional services arranged elsewhere are transactions with those providers. The archive does not receive their data and does not use affiliate parameters. Verify any such service independently.
Security choices
All active assets are stored locally. Flash, remote HTTP scripts, legacy postback code, and third-party advertising are absent. The included server guidance recommends HTTPS, HSTS after HTTPS is confirmed, content-type protection, a strict referrer policy, and a content security policy limited to the site’s own resources.
No technical measure replaces careful administration. The production webroot should contain only reviewed files, file permissions should be minimal, deployment credentials should be unique, and DNS or registrar accounts should use strong multi-factor authentication.
Changes to this policy
If the site later introduces contact, comments, subscriptions, analytics, or other data processing, the owner should explain the purpose, lawful basis, recipients, retention, security controls, and visitor choices in clear language. Material changes should be dated and visible rather than silently applied.
This policy describes the static build dated 2026-10-01. It is an operational commitment reflected in the current code: no personal-data forms and no third-party tracking requests.
What happens when you open a page
Your browser requests the page and its local presentation files from the server hosting this site. The page code does not send a second copy of those requests to an advertising provider, embed a social-media widget, or load a remote typeface. The mobile menu changes its visible state in the current page only. It does not create a visitor identifier or remember a profile between visits.
Ordinary browser caching may retain public files to make subsequent visits faster. That browser behavior is distinct from the site storing personal preferences in cookies or local storage, which this build does not do. Clearing your browser's cache affects locally retained files according to your browser settings. The pages do not contain a service worker that continues operating as an offline application or a push-notification subscription asking to contact you after the visit.
Links are choices made by the reader
Some editorial pages link to official reference material outside this domain. Those services receive a request when you choose to open them and apply their own practices. They are not embedded into the article as invisible trackers. The site sends a limited referrer according to the browser and deployed server policy, and the linked provider may receive routine connection information. Read that provider's own explanation before submitting personal details there.
Historical advertiser endpoints remain as archive information instead of forwarding visitors to unverified former advertisers. Where a historical navigation query has a known internal destination, the deployment configuration maps it to the corresponding page on this site. The mapping does not accept an arbitrary external address supplied by a visitor. This keeps old links useful without turning the site into a general-purpose redirect service.
Contact and future changes
No working submission channel is included in this build. Please do not send sensitive documents to a historical address or telephone number found in an independently saved copy of the old site. This restoration cannot receive those messages, determine who currently controls the destination, or promise deletion of information sent to someone else. The Contact page explains the current limitation and the information that would make a future editorial correction useful.
If the owner later publishes a contact address, its handling practices need to be described at that time. The current pages cannot establish how a future mailbox, host, analytics service, or registration feature would operate. Server logging, retention, backups, and access controls must also be confirmed with the actual hosting provider. This policy describes the page code supplied here; it does not claim that the surrounding network or every service visited from a link performs no data processing.
Choices available while reading
You can read the articles without registering, accepting a marketing subscription, or supplying a profile. Browser controls remain available for restricting JavaScript, clearing locally cached files, and deciding how external links open. Turning off JavaScript leaves the articles and navigation links available; the optional mobile-menu interaction becomes a visible list of links. There is no personalized reading history stored by the page code that you need to request or delete through an account dashboard.
Avoid including personal details in a URL when sharing a page. The canonical addresses published by this site identify public content and do not require a private access token. If you arrive through a historical query link, you can share the clean destination address instead of forwarding unnecessary tracking-era parameters. This also gives another reader a clearer idea of the page you intended to recommend.
Questions about records kept by the production server must be directed to the verified operator once an appropriate contact channel is published. The static files cannot inspect those records, determine whether a particular request was logged, or change the hosting provider's retention settings. An administrator adding a proxy, security service, content delivery network, or other hosting layer should review that service's data handling and update this explanation where the deployment changes what visitors can reasonably expect. The absence of advertising scripts is a concrete property of this build, not a promise about systems outside its control.
